FF Express started in 1994 with one 5 ton truck working for a local courier company. Over the following years FFX grew to 6 straight trucks and obtained its own running authorities. We became completely independent in May 1999 and have obtained some very loyal, satisfied customers in LTL and emergency expedited freight. Within only a few years we become known as "one of the best" if not the best, in the trucking industry. This is because of the quality of our drivers and our no nonsense, honest approach.

In a highly competitive market place and with rising operation costs, the only way to succeed in this business is to rise above the  rest. As in ANY service oriented operation, if the customers not satisfied with the service they go elsewhere. Everyone within our organization is well aware of this fact, unlike other companies; we will not make any unrealistic promises.

We understand that when you are booking your shipment with us we are representing you and your reputation. Your commitments to your customers become our commitments to you.

In our operation department each dispatcher is responsible for their own specific vehicles and service areas. This allows the dispatcher to properly maintain available space and pick up / delivery requirements for each shipment.

All Our drivers are contracted owner / operators earning a percentage of the freight they move. They too understand the importance in doing what we say and following through with all promises made.

Each driver is equipped with a cell phone and satellite tracking. Our drivers are required to update us at each pick up / delivery and in turn, we will notify you via email and or direct phone call whatever fits your specific needs.

Relaying information from our drivers to you is critical with hourly check calls we always know where your freight is 24 hours  a day. At FF Express our name is our future.
